It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
All in-stock orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, and sometimes earlier when possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
This does not apply to preorders and/or situations outside of our control such as natural disasters and handler delays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Due to rising costs associated with shipping, Stout House is no longer able to offer free shipping, except for the case when a "free shipping" coupon or discount code is applied. These codes are generated sporadically for different promotions, and are not available at all times.
Free local meet up is available for customers in the immediate area. To use this option please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time and location within the immediate area. This does not guarantee that you will receive your order faster than regular shipping methods.
After contact via Email, we will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
We offer international shipping to all countries we are legally allowed to ship to.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stout House is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You may also find order information in your Stout House account.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
